Born on 16th January 1967 in Mufulira in the Diocese of Ndola. Ordained Priest on 22nd October 2005 at Mary Immaculate Parish in Lusaka. . Appointed Bishop of Livingstone on 18th June 2016. Received Episcopal Ordination on 3rd September 2016, at Christ the King Parish, Maramba in Livingstone.

The Bishop takes time to visit the parishes in the the diocese every year . During such visits, he shares his pastoral solidarity with the people of God. He equally confers the sacrament of confirmation to the faithful.
Besides the pastoral visits, the bishop attends meetings organised by the Zambia Conference of Catholic Bishops (ZCCB).
